Behind the rather simple and only moderately inviting facade of the community center Oberjosbach hides a small restaurant that serves both classic German cuisine and Indian dishes. We had Chicken Tikka and a Frankfurter Schnitzel - both were very well prepared and extremely tasty. The prices are moderate, the service very friendly, the ambience not very exciting (but perfectly fine). A clear recommendation.

Simple, pleasant and friendly. Classic German restaurant food and a few Indian dishes (which are very much tailored to German tastes). You can sit comfortably outside and enjoy the clean Oberjosbach air. And important for me: you can also get a good dark wheat beer!

The cordon bleu was really delicious, and completely homemade. 8 croquettes are also rare, although they were smaller than normal in quantity but more than anywhere else. Only the champagne cream sauce that I ordered with the fries had a strange, strong taste, Not my partner's pepper sauce. But I can see over that with the homemade cordon bleu, it was really exceptionally tasty and unusually large The "small" side salad can also be seen where else it would be a big one. In short, tasty and inexpensive. I can only recommend it

We rediscovered it today and loved it. Everything we ordered was delicious, the service was wonderfully friendly, flexible (special wishes of the children) and competent. The menu is varied (including Indian dishes!) - we'll be back for sure!

Nice service force, but should be a bit more attentive for refreshments. Especially since only very few guests were there at lunchtime. Food was ok and enough for me. My husband found the portion to be a little too small (men stop 😁). Price / performance was also correct.

The restaurant is nicely located, providing a good starting point for walks and circular walks. The hall and the toilets have been renovated. There is a terrace with umbrellas and a cozy guest room. The hall is now bright and pleasant. Only the chairs could be a bit more comfortable. The staff is very friendly and the food good and tasty. There is a mix of German and Indian dishes on the menu. On Mother's Day we got a glass of champagne on the house today.
